Recipe #1: Crêpes à la Française

Recipe for 15 crêpes in only 30 minutes!


Ingredients:

- 300g of flour

- 3 whole eggs

- 3 tablespoons of sugar

- 50g of melted butter

- 60cl of milk


Mix the flour, the eggs, the butter and the sugar in a large bowl. Mix everything together with a whip and gradually add the milk until you reach a lightly thick paste.Heat your pan on medium heat and add some of the crêpe paste, flip the crêpe until it's lightly cooked.


Add to the crêpes some Nutella, Jam or sugar and lemon!
