#Recipe 8: Risotto with Bitto & Bresaola

Ingredients:
- Bresaola
- Arborio Rice for Risotto
- Bitto Cheese
- Red Onions
-Dados
Recipe:
-Slice the onions, cut the Bresaola and the Bitto cheese
-Add the sliced onions to the pan with some Olive oil
-Add the Risotto rice
-Slowly add dados and whip it with a wooden spoon
-After 15/20 minutes the risotto will be cooked
