Recipe #9: Kuymak

Turkish Cheese Fondue:



Ingredients (for 5 people)

- Butter

- Corn flour

- Oaxaca cheese

- Sourdough bread


Melt 3 tablespoons of butter

And add 4 tablespoons of corn flour

Mix it for 3 minutes and add 2 cups of water

Mix it up for few minutes when the bowl is like custard add the fondue cheese and wait for it to melt without mixing too much

Enjoy!
